The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson or Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a proven track record in sales.
You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, explaining features and benefits, and closing sales to achieve your targets.
Market-competitive salary with On Target Earnings ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 + (commensurate with experience and ability)

You will be well supported by a general manager who will help build your skills and give you insight into the latest trends in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
