Role Description

This is a remote, flexible, commission-based Promoter position. There's no office, no boss, no set hours, and no quotas — you decide how much you do and when.

As a Promoter, you earn commissions for every person you bring to HeartFull who signs up, has genuine conversations, and goes on dates. You get a personal referral link, a QR code, and a promo code — all tracked through your promoter dashboard. How you promote is up to you.



The most effective promoters combine multiple channels:

Social media — Share your referral link in your Instagram bio, TikTok captions, tweets, WhatsApp groups, and Telegram chats. Create content about dating, relationships, or your experience with HeartFull.

Events — Attend or host singles events, social mixers, speed dating nights, or Dating Institute workshops. Bring your QR code. Events convert better than anything online.

Community outreach — Post flyers or stickers with your QR code at universities, gyms, co-working spaces, and community boards.

Word of mouth — When a friend says they're single or complains about paying $40/month for Hinge, send them your link. Personal recommendations convert at the highest rate.

Qualifications

Robust communication skills to represent the brand authentically across social media, in-person events, and one-on-one conversations.

Comfort creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
