About the role

Formalux Windows and Doors is seeking a Sales Support Team Member to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, 24hrs per week which includes a 4hr Saturday shift. We are based in Neerabup, this role is essential to supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication between our clients, sales team, and internal departments.

As Sales

Support, you will be the backbone of our sales function, providing administrative excellence that enables our sales team to focus on building client relationships and closing business.

What you'll be doing

- Managing sales enquiries, including client visits to our showroom, and coordinating responses to client requests in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing and processing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts for accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems with current client information
- Scheduling and coordinating sales appointments, site visits, and client Installation bookings.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring smooth handover to the production teams
- Liaising with internal departments including production, delivery, and finance to support order completion
- Preparing sales reports, performance data, and administrative documentation for management review
- Handling customer correspondence via email, telephone, and other communication channels
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team and senior management as required

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a sales support, client administration, or similar administrative role within a commercial or manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a skilled and friendly approach to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or sales management systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, quotation preparation, and contract processing
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond to client needs promptly and courteously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to identify process improvements
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team setting
- Familiarity with the building, construction, or windows and doors industry is desirable but not essential
