We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Data Cloud, customer data platforms, data integration, identity resolution, and large-scale data engineering within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) implementations.
- Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.
- Configure data streams, data model objects (DMOs), calculated insights, and identity resolution.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
- Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and modern data integration tools.
- Configure segmentation, activation, and audience management strategies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Support analytics, reporting, and AI-driven customer insights initiatives.





Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
- Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer 360 concepts.
- Expertise in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via APIs.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Customer 360 Audiences and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- Experience in large enterprise implementations.
