Salesforce Test Analyst

Join LTM and help deliver enterprise Salesforce transformation

LTM is looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Analyst to join our team and work on a major enterprise transformation program.

You'll play a key role in ensuring quality across Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs and integrated business systems, working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and Product Owners.

What You'll Do

- Own testing across the full QA lifecycle – planning, design, execution and reporting.
- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Perform API testing using Postman and integration testing across Salesforce, MuleSoft and external systems.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing.
- Manage defects, root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Analyse requirements, identify gaps and proactively highlight quality risks.
- Coordinate test data and environments.
- Work across Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.




- Use Jira and Confluence to manage and report testing activities.

What You'll Bring

- Strong Salesforce testing experience, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Solid understanding of QA, test planning and test execution.
- API and integration testing experience.
- Experience with Postman, Jira and Confluence.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to challenge requirements, identify risks and provide practical solutions.
- Comfortable working independently and taking end-to-end ownership of QA delivery.

Desirable: MuleSoft, Xray, ACCELQ, automation frameworks, OCR/Intelligent Document Processing, compliance or security testing experience.
