- Seeking an experienced Sample Reception Manager responsible for overseeing sample reception activities, ensuring the integrity and traceability of clinical samples, maintaining compliance with quality standards, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Sample Reception team, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee the receipt, tracking, storage and shipment of clinical samples, including domestic and international logistics.
- Manage sample inventory and records through a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
- Ensure appropriate storage and monitoring of clinical samples and critical reagents across temperature-controlled environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports and records in line with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Review and implement SOPs, policies and processes to support quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, clinical sites and external service providers.
- Lead, coach and develop team members while fostering a cooperative and customer-focused culture.
- Ensure all laboratory activities are conducted safely and in accordance with relevant quality systems and regulatory requirements.

About You





- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Extensive laboratory experience within an analytical, pharmaceutical, pathology, CRO or other regulated laboratory environment.
- Hands-on experience conducting laboratory assays and working with clinical samples.
- Demonstrated experience managing clinical sample logistics, storage and international shipments.
- Robust knowledge of quality systems, including ISO/IEC 17025, GLP, GCLP or similar regulated frameworks.
- Experience using LIMS and database-driven record management systems.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
