Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver SAP training programs for end users across relevant SAP modules.
- Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, e-learning content, quick reference guides, and process documentation.
- Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions to support SAP implementations and upgrades.
- Assess training needs and tailor learning solutions to different user groups and levels of experience.
- Provide post-training support, coaching, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful system adoption.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and project managers to align training with business processes.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, continuously improving learning outcomes.

Requirements

- Proven experience delivering SAP training in one or more SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, or SuccessFactors).
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and system functionality.
- Experience developing training materials and learning solutions for diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades,



or transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively with business and technical teams.
- Relevant qualifications in Training, Adult Learning, Education, Information Technology, or a related discipline are highly regarded.
