About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Enhancement Assistant to join our Secondary for Term 4, 2026. This is a fixed-term, part time positions with approximate 0.53 FTE The position is responsible for providing individual and small-group support to students, helping to enhance their learning and engagement. You will bring a genuine passion for learning support and, above all, a willingness to engage, connect and care for our students. Experience supporting students with autism is desirable
This is a part-time position of approximately 0.53 FTE, fixed-term for the duration of Term 4 of the 2026 school year, with the possibility of extension in 2027
About You The successful applicants will have demonstrated experience in supporting positive student learning outcomes and a passion for providing high-quality learning support. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers and colleagues.
