About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Associate/Associate in Family Law who takes pride in delivering excellent, consistent work for clients. This is a role for someone who wants to focus on what they do best: providing high-quality legal advice and building genuine connections with clients — without the pressure of business development targets or management responsibilities.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years' experience in family law, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients. Experience in Wills and Estates will be looked on favourably.



We welcome both full time and part-time applicants.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Proven experience across all areas of family law (5+ years PAE)
- A client-centric approach with a track record of achieving timely, positive outcomes
- A hardworking, friendly, down-to-earth and proactive attitude
- Detail-oriented, concise and pragmatic — with a practical, decision-focused approach
- Great interpersonal skills

Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years PAE in Family Law
- Admitted to practise in NSW
- Detail-oriented, proactive, concise and pragmatic
