Your new role

You will take ownership of the technical and commercial performance of a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets across wind, solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS). This is a strategic leadership role that combines asset management, people leadership, operational excellence and commercial oversight. You will lead a team of asset managers and technical specialists while working closely with service providers, contractors, financiers, regulators and internal stakeholders to maximise asset performance, optimise value and manage risk across the portfolio.

As the portfolio continues to expand, you will play a key role in improving reporting, implementing digital systems, driving process improvement initiatives and embedding AI-enabled solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience managing portfolios of operating renewable energy assets across wind, solar and/or battery storage projects




- Solid leadership experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Experience working on Australian renewable energy projects, ideally within the National Electricity Market (NEM)
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
- Strong contract management and commercial negotiation skills
- Knowledge of operational compliance requirements, including HSE obligations across renewable energy assets
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across technical, commercial and regulatory environments
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical decisions with investment objectives
- An understanding of risk management, governance frameworks and operational best practice
- Experience implementing systems, process improvements, digital solutions and data-driven reporting frameworks
