About the Role Ace of Fades Co Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Hairdresser to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful applicant will provide professional hairdressing and barbering services while maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and workplace hygiene.

Key Responsibilities Consult with clients regarding hairstyles, grooming preferences and suitable treatments. Cut, trim, shape and style hair using scissors, clippers, razors and other professional tools. Perform fades, beard trimming, shaving and other barbering services. Perform hair colouring, bleaching, straightening and other hair treatments where required. Wash, condition and treat hair and scalp.



Advise clients on hair care, styling and suitable products. Maintain clean and sanitised tools, equipment and work areas. Manage appointments and provide professional customer service. Monitor salon products and supplies and assist with stock requirements. Keep up to date with current hairstyles, grooming techniques and industry trends. Comply with workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements.

Skills and Experience Relevant qualification in Hairdressing or equivalent relevant experience. Demonstrated professional experience as a Hairdresser or Barber. Strong skills in cutting, styling, fading, beard grooming and shaving. Experience using qualified hairdressing and barbering tools and products. Good communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
