About You! We're looking for an experienced Senior Broker to join the team. You'll manage your own portfolio of accommodation business sales including motels, caravan parks and serviced apartment hotels from appraisal through to settlement. We are looking for someone to build the kind of long-term, in-person relationships with vendors and buyers that Stellar is known for.

Ideally, we would love someone to come in with their own client base and solid relationships in the industry.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands hospitality operations from the inside and wants to bring that insight to broking rather than just transacting deals.

We're looking for someone who has...

- Proven experience as a broker or agent in accommodation, hospitality, or commercial real estate OR significant operational experience in hotel/accommodation management with a strong interest in broking
- Current real estate licence in Victoria (Agent’s Representative)
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a genuine, personal approach to client service
- Robust understanding of accommodation business operations
- Comfortable managing your own pipeline and working autonomously,



while collaborating closely with a small, close-knit team
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for site inspections and client meetings. Police check will be required.
- Alignment with Stellar's values: approachable, honest, and community-minded.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end sale process for accommodation businesses in Victoria - from appraisal and listing through to negotiation and settlement
- Build and maintain personal, in-person relationships with vendors and buyers, dealing directly with business owners throughout the transaction
- Conduct property and business appraisals, drawing on operational knowledge of the accommodation industry
- Source and qualify new listings through networking, referrals, and community connections in your region
- Prepare accurate, compelling marketing material and listing information in line with Stellar's brand and storytelling approach
- Coordinate with the Director of Operations on transaction administration, contracts, and AML/CTF compliance requirements
- Represent Stellar at industry events, community events, and client site visits
- Contribute to Stellar's community connection commitments, including engagement with local groups in the areas you work.

Compensation & Benefits

- Target Earnings: Uncapped earning potential with an aggressive, multi-tier commission structure
- Year 1 Base Protection: recoverable draw to provide financial stability as you build your pipeline
- Commission Splits: Highly competitive payout structures scaling up to 75% to the broker
