This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is based in Sydney. In this role, you will support CORPAY's payment and FX derivatives operations, with a particular focus on the regulatory strategy of the global cross border business.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to complete financial services licence applications, reviewing and documenting business processes, and engaging with financial service regulators.

You will report directly to the Director of Regulatory Affairs, to support the company's global licence expansion strategy across different products and jurisdictions.**How We Work**As a Regulatory Analyst, you will be expected to work in a hybrid workplace. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:* Assigned workspace in Sydney office* Company-issued equipment* Formal, hands-on training**Role Responsibilities**The responsibilities of the role will include:* Supporting regulatory licensing team across payments, electronic money, financial derivatives,
banking expansion initiatives globally.* Drafting and developing variety of policy documents and compliance frameworks in relation to financial services licence applications.* Considering financial services legislation and regulatory guidance of different jurisdictions and its applicability to the current product.* Engaging with global business stakeholders and project management to ensure timely completion of various projects.* Contributing to regulatory projects, including applications for new licenses.* Providing general support to the global Regulatory team on ad hoc tasks.**Qualifications & Skills*** Exposure to FX derivative products and reporting regimes an advantage.* 1-2 years' experience in regulatory compliance, financial services, or legal support within a financial institution (payments or foreign exchange experience an advantage).* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.* Ability to work independently as a self-starter and project management skills.* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.* Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong interest in developing expertise in financial regulation and compliance.* Confident communicator, able to engage with other stakeholders.
