Site Manager / Foreman — Bring Swing Factory venues to life

Swing Factory is an expanding golf entertainment business. We are looking for a hands‐on Site Manager/Foreman to lead the on‐site delivery of our new project located in Moreton Bay QLD. The project is scheduled to commence in Q1 2027.

About the Role

n

As our Site Manager/Foreman you will be responsible for day‐to‐day site execution — making sure works are coordinated, compliant, on program, and always protected.

n

You will:

n

n
- Own the construction program. You build it, you drive it, you update it. Oversee a live program maintained by you, with a rolling 4‐6 week look‐ahead
n
- Lead site establishment, daily coordination and sequencing
n
- Co‐ordinate trades, materials, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve program milestones
n
- Secure firm commitments from contractors – locked‐in start dates, durations and manpower. Trades working to your sequence.
n
- Push the job to hit objectives and target dates, and elevate early when something threatens them
n




- Troubleshoot on the spot – find the practical solution that keeps the job moving
n
- Maintain overall site efficiency
n
- Manage QA, defects, RFIs, site diaries and documentation
n
- Own WHS on site – site inductions, toolbox, SWMS, access control, incident management
n
- Interface with consultants, inspectors, certifiers & authorities for sign‐offs
n
- Support procurement, progress claims validation and monthly reporting
n

You will work closely with Swing Factory's Construction Manager

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman on commercial fitout, hospitality, retail or light‐industrial builds

n

n
- A programmer first and foremost. You write your own program and manage the trades to it
n
- Strong construction sequencing and coordination capability – you can see the program 4‐6 weeks ahead and you know what needs to be locked in now to protect it
n
- A track record of holding subcontractors accountable to dates – chasing commitments, confirming them in writing, and making sure no single trade's convenience derails the sequence
n
- Willing to push the project to achieve objectives and target dates
n
- Strong troubleshooter – you find the best solution for the problem in front of you, quickly
n
- Strong WHS leadership – you create safe sites and safe behaviours
n
- A sound knowledge of construction generally, and sound understanding of specific legislation and relevant Codes of Practice
n
- High ownership mindset – you solve problems early and keep momentum
