About this opportunity:

n

Being experienced and passionate about retail you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Providing impeccable customer service to all customers
n
- Creating a personalised shopping experience for the A.A customer, by effectively educating the customer on the sustainable fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product.
n
- Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand
n
- Visual merchandising, stocking and restocking shelves
n
- Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale) system
n
- Utilising our sales techniques to drive sales and be motivated by meeting budget
n
- Becoming a part of the team, including getting up to speed on the products and brand, contributing to our positive team culture whilst working well alongside your co-workers.
n
- Provide support to the management team, overseeing operations, facilitating communication, and implementing policies when needed.
n

You will have:

n

- Previous experience working in a retail environment
n
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
n




- A love for building lasting relationships with repeat customers
n
- An understanding of achieving performance indicators in a customer facing environment
n
- Experience and a proven track record of understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer facing environment
n
- The love of being a team player
n
- Uses initiative and decision-making skills, whilst ensuring all decisions are aligned to AJE and the boutique
n
- The ability to use initiative when problem-solving and resolving conflict
n
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively within a fast-paced environment
n
