What you will do:

- Owning and growing a portfolio of builders, civil contractors, and disposal facilities.
n
- Actively prospecting for new clients and projects across Queensland.
n
- Quoting, negotiating, and closing deals that deliver value to clients and profitability to EPH.
n
- Tracking projects and identifying opportunities to position EPH as the preferred supplier.
n
- Delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.
n

What you bring:

- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in civil construction, plant hire or related industries.
n
- A hunter's mindset; you're proactive, persistent and thrive on the chase.
n
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
n
- A valid Driver's Licence and Construction Induction Safety Card (White/Red Card).
n
- A reputation for being independent, reliable and results-focused.

Our foundations were built around understanding our client's needs in order to provide a consistent service to various builders, trades and civil contractors; from domestic to major developments. In 2004 after our successful operation on the Eastern Freeway, and Hallam Bypasses, EPH was appointed as the preferred cartage organiser for the $2.5Billion Eastlink Project. This experience developed EPH as the premier plant hire agency and was the catalyst for our involvement in projects such as the M80, Deer Park Bypass, West Gate Tunnel and the North East Link Project.
