You'll be the driving force on site, setting the standard for quality, safety, and program delivery across our residential projects including New Homes, Duplexes.

- Lead site set-outs and oversee full project lifecycle from the ground up
- Own and drive the site programme, you set the pace, you hold the trades to it
- Manage, coordinate and direct all trades on site
- Maintain full safety compliance and site presentation at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients you're the face of Meadan on site
- Identify and solve problems before they become delays
- Read, interpret and work confidently from architectural and engineering plans

Sites are based across Sydney Metro, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced, organised, all-round building professional. You know what good looks like and you don't settle for less. You can juggle multiple trades, hold a tight schedule, and still have the client feel looked after.





You'll need

- Proven experience supervising residential construction projects
- A track record of delivering builds on time and to a high standard
- Strong scheduling and programme management skills
- The ability to read and interpret full construction plans
- Current driver's licence
- White Card and all relevant licences to be on site
- Excellent communication skills with trades, clients and the team
