Work under a Construction Manager and Franchise Owner who are qualified builders themselves and understand the "nuts and bolts" of the trade.

What You'll Be Doing

- Executing high-quality timber framing, lock-up, and fix-out carpentry across custom residential builds.
- Leading, supporting, and mentoring our internal team of carpenters while actively training our apprentices on site.
- Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications to coordinate daily trade workflows.
- Collaborating side-by-side with Construction Supervisors to plan material deliveries, solve site challenges, and hit project deadlines.
- Maintaining strict quality control, accuracy, and safety standards on every build site.
- Keeping job sites safe, organized, and presentable while performing regular quality checks.

What You'll Bring

- Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Carpentry with extensive background in residential construction.
