We are seeking a commercially driven, digital native partnerships specialist to turn ESA Studios’ content, IP and capabilities into advertiser funded revenue. You will create compelling opportunities and lead the sales process from prospecting and pitch through to signed deal, delivery and renewal.

Your immediate focus will be commercialising archive IP channels and building sponsor ready propositions for creator led vodcasts and long form digital formats. Working across commercial, studio, content, creative and production teams, you will connect audience insight, platform strategy and advertiser objectives to develop ideas that are creatively strong, commercially viable and ready to sell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop market ready commercial propositions across archive, existing and new IP, including sponsorship tiers, pricing, audience stories, measurement and partner perks.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, delivery, renewal and revenue growth.
- Take ESA’s archive IP channels to market, establish a qualified pipeline and secure launch and ongoing partners.
- Package advertiser funded creator led vodcasts and long form digital formats, shaping concepts early so brand integration is authentic, effective and achievable.
- Translate advertiser briefs and market trends into effective ideas across the marketing funnel.
- Contribute, as required, to ESA’s Commercial Partnerships team through ideation and management of television IP sponsorships, brand integrations and ancillary special projects.
- Develop revenue forecasts, pricing models, pitch materials, sales trackers and regular pipeline reporting; maintain momentum from initial lead through to delivery and renewal.
- Use audience, platform and campaign data to strengthen propositions, demonstrate effectiveness and identify optimisation,



renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, platforms, creators and other commercial partners.
- Collaborate with content, production, digital, creative, legal, finance, networks, format owners and talent to ensure deals are approved, deliverable and protect editorial integrity.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Strong experience in digital media, content partnerships, branded entertainment, creator partnerships, sponsorship or platform sales, with a record of delivering revenue.
- Established relationships across Australian advertisers, media and creative agencies and relevant platform partners.
- A strong understanding of YouTube, social platforms, podcasts, vodcasts, creator led content and how digital audiences are packaged, measured and monetised.
- The ability to turn content, audiences and IP into persuasive commercial propositions that solve advertiser needs.
- Experience managing the full commercial cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, delivery and renewal.
- Strong commercial judgement, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with an entrepreneurial and hands on approach.

DESIRABLE

- Experience commercialising well known entertainment or television IP across digital channels and multiplatform extensions.
- Experience developing or selling creator-led long-form video, podcasts, vodcasts or brand-funded entertainment.
- Knowledge of content rights, talent and creator deal structures, production economics, platform revenue and campaign measurement.
