MAMA is looking for an accomplished Senior Designer to join our creative team in Teneriffe.

We are a boutique advertising and creative agency with a strong specialisation in property, working across an extensive portfolio of prestigious clients, developments and brands.

We are looking for someone with genuine creative depth. A designer who can take an idea from its first thought through to beautifully resolved execution across brand, campaign, digital and print.

This is not a production-only design role.

It is an opportunity for an experienced creative who wants to contribute ideas, influence the work and be surrounded by talented people who care deeply about what they produce.

THE ROLE

You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects encompassing:

- Brand identity and brand development

- Property and project marketing

- Advertising campaigns

- Creative concepts and campaign platforms

- Brochures, publications and editorial design

- Digital campaigns and social content

- Website creative and digital design

- Signage, display suites and environmental graphics

- Presentations, pitches and new-business creative

- Art direction and campaign rollout

You will be comfortable moving between big-picture creative thinking and the detail required to make every piece of work feel considered and complete.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced Senior Designer with a demonstrated career in a comparable creative role, ideally within an advertising, branding or design agency.

Experience in property would be highly regarded, although we are equally interested in exceptional designers who have built their careers in fashion, retail, lifestyle, hospitality or other design-led industries where brand,



aesthetics and commercial outcomes matter.

Your portfolio will demonstrate sophisticated creative thinking, excellent typography, strong art direction and an ability to create brands and campaigns rather than simply execute them.

You will have the technical capability expected at senior level, but equally key is your creative judgement.
