Role Description The Senior Delivery Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of complex digital platform projects, ensuring scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards are met.

The Senior Delivery

Manager leads cross-functional teams, coordinates with clients and stakeholders, and proactively manages risks, dependencies, and change requests. Daily activities include planning and tracking project milestones, optimizing delivery processes, resolving delivery issues, and aligning technical teams and business stakeholders. The position also involves mentoring junior delivery team members,



contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting pre-sales activities such as scoping and estimating new engagements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expediting and Expeditor skills to ensure timely delivery of project components and effective coordination among internal and external teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication for complex digital initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify that deliverables meet agreed specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee resource allocation, workflow coordination, and effective use of tools and processes across multiple projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital or technology projects, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams and building trusted client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, Optimizely or similar digital experience platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
