DENTAL RECEPTIONIST – GROW INTO A TEAM COORDINATOR

Are you an organised, friendly and motivated dental receptionist looking for your next step?

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes responsibility and is interested in developing their skills into a Team Coordinator/Leadership position.

You will initially focus on providing excellent front-desk and patient support, with the prospect to gradually take on additional responsibilities and grow within the practice.

Your Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointments, recalls and patient enquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient communications
- Process payments, health fund claims and general administration
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate the daily reception workflow
- Support dentists, dental nurses and the wider team
- Assist with keeping the clinic organised and running smoothly
- Help identify and resolve day-to-day issues
- Take on additional coordination responsibilities as you develop

Growth Into Team Coordinator For the right person, we will provide the opportunity to grow into a Team Coordinator role, including:

- Coordinating the reception team




- Supporting staff and daily workflow
- Helping with rosters and team organisation
- Assisting with training and onboarding new staff
- Monitoring systems and procedures
- Improving patient experience and clinic efficiency
- Taking greater responsibility for the smooth running of the practice

Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour
