We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join a well-established private practice in a 100% remote capacity.

The Role
- Manage a diverse family law caseload with a high level of autonomy
- Advise clients on complex family law matters
- Conduct negotiations, mediations and court-related matters
- Manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with the broader team in a collaborative remote environment
About You
- Admitted Australian lawyer with strong family law experience
- Senior-level experience managing your own files
- Confident handling complex and sensitive family law matters
- Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong client-service focus
