About the Role Join a high performing team and lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile partnership activations across some of Australia's most prestigious sponsorship assets, including Formula 1, Australian Fashion Week and purpose-led community partnerships. You'll be the driving force behind creating unforgettable brand experiences, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring every activation delivers commercial impact, audience engagement and exceptional execution.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience delivering large-scale sponsorship activations and premium events from concept through to execution.
- Robust relationship management skills with sponsors, rights holders, agencies and senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing complex event logistics, budgets, timelines and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded with the ability to maximise partnership value and identify activation opportunities.




- Highly organised, solutions-focused and thrives in fast-paced, high-profile event environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution and evaluation of partnership activations across major sponsorship and event properties.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with rights holders, partners, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and execute innovative brand experiences that elevate brand visibility, engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Oversee event operations including budgets, production, logistics, hospitality, compliance and post-event reporting.
- Identify new activation opportunities and continuously optimise sponsorship performance through insights, measurement and stakeholder feedback.
