About the role:

Flowers by Tribal Rose is a boutique florist located in the heart of Fitzroy. We are looking for a floral superstar to join our small, close knit team.

We are seeking an experienced retail florist to join our team on a casual basis, with the goal to become permanent part time (3 days per week) at the beginning of 2027.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualities and skills:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a retail floristry setting (Certificates II and III in Retail Floristry will be highly regarded);
- A focus on customer service (our vibrant local community is the heart of our business)
- A willingness and ability to hit the ground running, knowing you will be working within a supportive and encouraging workplace.

This is a role for a well rounded florist, from making beautiful floral creations to filling buckets - our small team relies on everyone chipping in! Hourly rate of pay is negotiable, depending on experience. Flexible availability is a must.
