The Senior Intelligence Analyst is a member of the Financial and Cybercrime Investigation Branch and is accountable to the Officer in Charge, Confiscation Section. The role is responsible for the provision of high level tactical and strategic financial intelligence products to meet the needs of internal and external clients. The role is also responsible for undertaking intelligence specific projects as well as the coordination, research, analysis, evaluation and dissemination of intelligence material.
The Senior Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the provision of training, development and supervision of non-sworn intelligence members and is required to assist in the development and delivery of state-wide intelligence related training, programs and assessments to meet intelligence training needs across SAPOL.

- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Requirements
- A Baseline security clearance is required.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in financial intelligence, research, data and/or statistical analysis will be considered favourably.
Salary
ASO5 - $92,122 - $102,456 per annum.
