We’re growing and we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Manager to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a full-time role with some flexibility for remote work.

What you’ll do:

- Lead and deliver complex operational improvement, transformation and performance uplift projects across diverse industries
- Manage client engagements and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams
- Conduct rigorous analysis and develop solutions to solve complex operational and commercial problems
- Apply lean methodologies, data analytics and performance management techniques to drive measurable results
- Facilitate executive workshops and support strategic decision making
- Build dashboards and models using Excel, Power BI (or similar platforms) and other analytical tools
- Lead client teams through implementation and change initiatives
- Mentor consultants and senior consultants while contributing to internal capability development
- Support proposal development, solution design and business development activities




- Contribute to the ongoing development of Cinc’s consulting methodologies, intellectual property and service offerings

What we’re looking for:

- Significant prior consulting experience (non-negotiable), ideally gained within a leading consulting firm, specialist advisory firm or transformation workplace
- Demonstrated experience leading client-facing engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, business transformation or organisational performance improvement
- Proven experience delivering measurable business outcomes within complex organisations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
- Exposure to lean methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks or a strong interest in lean thinking
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading and developing teams
- A genuine interest in working with a boutique firm where you’ll have real impact
- Melbourne or Sydney location is required
