Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Super

Chapter Three Espresso & Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Café / Restaurant Manager to lead our team, grow revenue, attract new customers, and manage the day-to‑day operation of the business.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage daily café and restaurant operations.
n
- Increase revenue, sales, and profitability.
n
- Generate new leads and attract new customers.
n
- Develop functions, catering and local business opportunities.
n
- Create promotions and marketing initiatives to increase sales.
n
- Lead, train and manage front‑of‑house staff.
n
- Manage rosters, labour costs, stock and suppliers.
n
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
n
- Ensure smooth breakfast, lunch, dinner and function service.
n




- Manage cash, EFTPOS and end‑of‑day procedures.
n
- Maintain food safety, RSA, cleanliness and workplace standards.
n

Skills & Requirements

n

n
- 2–3+ years' café or restaurant management experience.
n
- Robust leadership and customer service skills.
n
- Sales-focused with the ability to grow the business.
n
- Barista experience with excellent coffee and latte art skills.
n
- Valid RSA certificate.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
- Available for weekends, evenings and public holidays.
n
- Reliable, organised and passionate about hospitality.
n

Pay: $65,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
