At Respect Avonlea in Nhill Victoria, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part time Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team. This role offers approximately 10 shifts per fortnight , with flexibility to work across morning and night shifts, Monday to Sunday , including weekdays and weekends.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, values person-centered care, and understands that the little things often make the biggest difference to our residents.

About The Role n

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work alongside our Registered Nurses and care team to deliver high-quality clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Your Day Will Include n

- Supporting resident admissions and ongoing assessments.
n
- Administering medications safely and accurately.
n
- Maintaining clear and accurate clinical documentation.
n
- Contributing to resident care planning and evaluations.
n
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and escalating concerns when required.
n
- Helping create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity.
n
- Working collaboratively with the broader care team to support positive health and wellbeing outcomes for residents.

- Can adapt to the changing pace and priorities that come with healthcare.

- Is flexible and reliable, with the ability to work morning and night shifts across Monday to Sunday.

- Brings kindness, professionalism and a sense of humour to work (because sometimes you need all three).

Essential Requirements nn
- Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
n
- Current AHPRA registration.
n
- Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation requirements.
n
- Strong clinical and documentation skills.
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
n
- Understanding of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
