Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a productive work environment. The role involves strategic planning, resource coordination, and staff supervision to support organizational objectives and maintain smooth office functions.n

nKey Responsibilities:n

nOperational Planning and Oversight:n
n- Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of office systems, processes, and service delivery standards. Assist in setting priorities to ensure high-quality and productive administrative operations.n
n
nResource and Space Management:n
n- Oversee the allocation and utilization of human resources, workspace, and equipment to support optimal office performance.n
n
nTeam Leadership and Performance Monitoring:n
n- Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor staff performance to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with established standards.n
n
nRecords and Financial Administration:n
n- Manage office records, accounts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational and legal requirements.n
n
nStakeholder Liaison:n
n- Act as the primary point of contact with internal and external professionals to coordinate office activities and facilitate the resolution of operational issues.n
n
nOffice Maintenance and Supplies:n
n- Ensure office facilities, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and replenished to support uninterrupted operations.n
n
nHealth, Safety, and Compliance:n
n- Promote and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and implementing workplace safety standards.n
n
nLegislative and Policy Adherence:n
n- Ensure all office operations align with relevant government legislation, policies, and internal procedures.n
n
nHuman Resources Coordination:n
n- Oversee personnel-related activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, promotions, payroll coordination, and day-to-day staff supervision.n
n
nEssential Qualifications:n
n- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.n
n- Proven experience in office management, administration, or a supervisory role, preferably within a similar operational environment.n
n- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, allocate resources effectively, and oversee multiple administrative functions simultaneously.n
n- Robust understanding of office systems, procedures, and record management.n
n- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to coordinate with staff, management, and external stakeholders.n
n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management software.n
n- Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and workplace compliance standards.n
n- Sound understanding of financial and payroll processes, including budget monitoring and expense tracking.n
n
nDesirable Qualifications:n
n- Certificate or advanced training in Leadership and Management, Human Resources, or Work Health and Safety.n
n- Familiarity with customer service principles and continuous improvement processes.n
n
