We’re seeking an experienced Engineering & Asset Manager to spearhead the implementation of our Global Asset Management Blueprint , driving reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across our critical infrastructure assets.

The role will be based in Melbourne.

About the Role

n

As the Engineering & Asset Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team across Asset Planning & Scheduling , BMS Operations , and Contract Administration . Your mission: deliver world-class technical asset management services that optimise lifecycle costs and ensure zero network outages.

n

You’ll harness the power of advanced analytics and CMMS systems to:

n

- Develop predictive maintenance strategies
n
- Drive capital planning and operational improvements
n
- Standardise asset management processes and reporting
n
- Identify and mitigate asset-related risks
n
- Enhance energy efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team
n
- Implement predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring programs
n
- Analyse asset performance data to inform strategic decisions
n
- Ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence
n
- Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes
n




- Integrate asset appraisal programs to strengthen data foundations
n

n

Minimum Criteria:

n

n
- Proven experience in engineering or asset management leadership
n
- Expertise in CMMS systems and data analytics
n
- Strong understanding of lifecycle cost optimisation and capital planning
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment
n
