Job Description

Silverchain is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our Home Support team in a full time permanent role across North and South Brisbane suburbs. Shifts are Monday to Friday 7:30am–3:30pm with no weekend work, offering autonomy and comprehensive training.

You will deliver person-centred care in clients' homes, manage medications, assessments and wound care, and liaise with families and health professionals to achieve goals.
