The Apprentice Liaison Officer (ALO) provides a specialist case management approach to servicing Apprentice(s) and their Employers undertaking trade training through TAFE SA. Working closely within a dedicated Education Program the ALO will manage a high caseload of clients with a primary focus on the Apprentice/Student to support, connect and guide them in navigating their Apprenticeship journey alongside TAFE SA's trade specific course delivery arrangements.

What You'll Bring
n
n
- Experience building and maintaining internal and external relationships across the Australian Apprenticeship and/or VET sector, including influencing change and supporting student/case management approaches.
n
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills, with the ability to provide tailored advice and work effectively with diverse client and student cohorts.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities, drive continuous improvement,
and analyse complex information to provide compliant, solution-focused recommendations.
n

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
