The Role
At Infinite Aged Care, the Customer Support Assistant works with General Manager, Head of department Managers, Nursing, hospitality and care staff to ensure all teams are providing the best residents care and fun every day! At our Toowoomba care home called Mt Lofty, this role is the front-of-house face of the reception and admin area and it's critical to create a welcoming, warm and caring first impression and environment. Interactions with allied health care professionals, visitors, residents, and their families is a regular part of the day and offers a wide range of fun and caring opportunities to support others whilst helping the running of our administration team.

About You
You are a friendly and helpful person who has natural drive to help others, strong skills in general administration, with excellent attention to details, solid interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication skills as well as;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (word, excel, power point)
- Accurate data entry skills and ability to “self-manage” and work to deadlines.
- Quick learner to pick up and follow set operational processes and record management
- Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
- A flexible and willing attitude and passion for quality Aged Care support.
- Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplac
- Whilst not essential, experience in a regulated environment such as childcare or healthcare
