Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products are processed, filled, handled, and delivered safely, accurately, and on time to meet customer requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Filling gas cylinders in accordance with operating procedures and product specifications
- Identifying cylinder and product types, labels, and codes accurately
- Inspecting cylinders for faults, appearance, paint condition, and test dates
- Conducting cylinder inspections and quality checks in line with SOPs
- Scanning and tracking cylinders, packs, and pallets using handheld scanners
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Organising and storing cylinders to maintain safety and product integrity
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory activities
- Maintaining accurate records, paperwork, and operational documentation
- Participating in housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and tidy workplace
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence




- Participating in training programs and team meetings

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling dangerous goods or compressed gases (desirable)
- Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance (desirable)

Qualifications & Licences
- Forklift Licence (essential)
- Year 12 Certificate or equivalent
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence (advantageous)
