We have partnered with a well-established organisation who are seeking an experienced NOC Lead to oversee day-to-day network operations, lead a technical team and ensure the delivery of reliable network and customer services. They offer a secure, high-performance environment with access to global networks and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily NOC operations, workload allocation and service priorities.
- Monitor network, data centre infrastructure and customer services.
- Lead major incident management and coordinate technical teams during outages.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Lead post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee incidents, requests, changes and maintenance within agreed SLAs.
- Provide operational reporting to leadership and participate in CAB activities.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years' experience in a NOC or Service Operations environment.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Strong enterprise networking knowledge across:

- Routing & Switching
- BGP, OSPF & MPLS
- WAN, Internet & SD-WAN
- Firewalls & network security




- Data Centre networking
