Application Support Specialist

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Applications Specialist to join their technology team on an initial daily-rate contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on applications qualified to support and enhance a portfolio of critical business systems within a complex enterprise environment. Working across technology, business and vendor teams, you will play a key role in maintaining platform performance, supporting system upgrades, driving continuous improvement and delivering business-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Provide administration, support and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications.
- Coordinate application upgrades, testing, releases and change activities.
- Support reporting, integrations, workflows and data management initiatives.
- Manage user access, security controls and application governance requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.




- Engage with external vendors and support partners to ensure effective service delivery.

Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms or SaaS-based business systems.
- Experience managing system releases, upgrades, incidents and change processes.
- Knowledge of integrations, reporting, security and access management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
- Proven ability to analyse issues, improve processes and deliver practical technology outcomes.
