Position Profile: The Senior Program Officer is a key member of the Portfolio Oversight team and reports to the Manager, Portfolio Oversight. The position plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of programs, projects, and policy initiatives within a complex and agile operating environment. The role supports portfolio governance, reporting, assurance, and oversight activities, while fostering effective collaboration between Health Infrastructure, project delivery partners, Health Service Providers, Health Support Services, and other stakeholders.

Officer also provides operational and administrative support to the Portfolio Oversight team to ensure the effective coordination and monitoring of infrastructure initiatives across the portfolio. The position is responsible for coordinating, liaising,



and providing advice to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. This requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to interpret complex information, identify risks and issues, develop practical and strategic recommendations, and support informed decision-making.

Officer contributes to strengthening governance and assurance practices, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and supporting the successful delivery of Health Infrastructure's strategic priorities and objectives.
