This office will be led by a highly experienced Property Management leader who knows Coronis, knows the industry and knows what it takes to build a great team.

With 12 years of Property Management experience and a long-standing career with Coronis, our new office leader brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership experience and, most importantly, a genuine passion for people.

During her time leading our Springwood office, she grew the portfolio, developed her team and created a culture where people were supported, valued and given the opportunity to succeed.

Now, she's bringing that experience and vision to Coronis West — and she's looking for the right people to join her.

The Role





As a Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported by a structure designed to allow you to focus on what you do best — delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing and maintaining a residential property portfolio
- Building robust relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
- Overseeing maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
- Providing proactive communication and high-quality service
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve solid client outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service and portfolio performance
- Contributing to the culture and success of the wider office

- Field Agent support to assist with routine inspections and open homes

About You We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who wants to be part of something bigger than simply managing a portfolio.

You'll ideally have

- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- A willingness to contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
- PropertyMe experience — preferred, but not essential
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
