An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join a boutique and growing strata management business that prides itself on delivering exceptional service rather than high-volume portfolio management.
This part time opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Strata Manager looking to utilise their skills and expertise while maintaining a flexible work schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing three Building Management Committee (BMC) properties, each comprising approximately 300 lots. You will also play a key leadership role by providing training, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and success.
What's On Offer:
- Salary package of up to Pro Rata $150,000 + Super
- 3 or 4 days a week with flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Schedule B appointments
- Attending and facilitating AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
- Managing client enquiries, issues and dispute resolution
- Working closely with the team and supporting their training and development
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice
About You:
- Must be a Senior strata Manager
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional, solutions-focused and commercially minded
- Ability to lead with confidence
