We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Analyst to support the effective use and continuous improvement of our business software systems, with a particular focus on our Accommodation Services operations.

Working closely with business subject matter experts and the wider BIS team, you will translate operational requirements into practical system solutions. You will contribute across the full system lifecycle, from requirements gathering and functional design through to configuration, testing, implementation, training and post-go-live support.

This is a senior, hands-on role that will also provide guidance and mentoring to team members while identifying opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, communications and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Accommodation Services stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver practical system solutions.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, testing and continuous improvement of ERP and business software platforms.
- Manage software enhancements through functional design, user acceptance testing, go-live activities and post-implementation support.
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation and ongoing system support across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, customer interactions and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert advice on software applications, troubleshoot issues and work closely with the BIS Help Desk to resolve system challenges.
- Support project delivery through effective stakeholder engagement,



risk management and clear communication.
- Mentor and support BIS team members while contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused team.

About You You are an experienced systems professional who understands the operational requirements of accommodation or lease management environments. You can work confidently with technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear and practical solutions.

You bring a logical and structured approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. You are also a confident communicator who can guide stakeholders through system changes, deliver training and support users throughout implementation.

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years’ experience supporting accommodation or lease management solutions.
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering software implementations, system enhancements and business improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and business software applications, including configuration, testing and user support.
- Experience in project delivery,

- Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A cooperative approach, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently when required.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, release management and database structures will be highly regarded.
