Active Talent is proud to partner with JSMC Holdings, a 100% Australian owned and operated business with more than 15 years in the industry. They specialise in the installation, servicing and repair of workshop lifting equipment and hoists, alongside GPS systems, dash cameras and automotive accessories.

The team are looking to appoint a Sales & Service Technician - Auto Electrician to join them, based in Bibra Lake, Perth.

This is a varied role combining the servicing, inspection and repair of hoists and workshop equipment, installation of GPS systems, dash cameras and automotive accessories, auto electrical work and customer facing which will include support the sales of products across the wider company range.

You’ll work independently with customers across WA while remaining supported by a close-knit team. The role includes planned regional travel, (generally around four trips per year) to regions like Pilbara, Outstanding Southern, Kalgoorlie and Geraldton, plus occasional additional travel as required.

THE ROLE:

- Service, inspect, diagnose and repair hoists and workshop equipment
- Install and service GPS systems, dash cameras, telematics and automotive accessories
- Provide on-site technical support, fault finding and practical support and solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers, identify opportunities and sell products and services to support their business
- The ability to undertake planned regional travel across WA
- Work independently in the field while contributing to the wider team - there is real growth in our business for the right person.

THE YOU:





- Trade qualified Auto Electrician, Mechanic, Accessory Fitter or closely aligned trade, technically capable with strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Self-motivated and organised, with the confidence to work independently, calm and methodical under pressure
- Take genuine pride in your work and delivering great customer service
- Commercially minded and comfortable identifying sales opportunities
- A genuine team player who values contributing to the wider business
- Full unrestricted Australian driver’s licence, Australian working rights and able to obtain a police clearance

ON OFFER:

- $90,000–$110,000 base + super + vehicle + commissions
