Position Objective

This position supervises the Speed and/or Breath Technical Laboratory and provides specialist technical expertise in the legal, practical and technical aspects of speed measurement and/or breath analysis equipment used by the Western Australia Police Force.

Provides technical advice and consultancy services on complex matters relating to speed measurement and breath analysis technologies.



Contributes to the development, evaluation and implementation of associated policies, procedures, certification regimes, accreditation requirements, quality management systems and road policing strategies.
