Role Description The Senior User Experience Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end UX design across Sine’s web and mobile products, translating complex workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences for visitors, contractors, and facility managers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and validate solutions.

The Senior User Experience

Designer will develop and maintain design systems, run usability testing sessions,



and use data and feedback to iterate on designs. This role advocates for user-centered design practices, and contributes to strategic product decisions that shape Sine’s experience across the Honeywell ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills, with a track record of solving complex product problems through human-centered design.
- Experience conducting User Research, including user interviews, usability testing, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Proficiency in Visual Design, with the ability to create clear, consistent interfaces aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
- Hands-on Prototyping skills, using modern design and prototyping tools to communicate concepts and validate solutions quickly.
- Experience working closely with product management and engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders using evidence-based reasoning.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS products, workflow-heavy systems, or building/facility management solutions is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills, with a commitment to inclusive and accessible design.
