ATG is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinatorto take ownership of the planning and coordination of complex transport services, major events and high-impact movements across our business.

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys bringing together people, buses, depots, clients and operational teams to make sure large and complex transport movements run safely and professionally.

You will be the link between Business Development, Bookings, Operations, Control Centre, depots, drivers and clients, ensuring the moving parts are coordinated before, during and after service delivery.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinating transport movements involving multiple buses, drivers and depots.
- Planning and coordinating major school movements, sporting events, concerts, Leavers, cruise ship movements and large corporate charters.
- Reviewing upcoming services and identifying operational requirements, risks and potential issues before they occur.
- Coordinating fleet, driver and resource requirements across multiple locations.
- Completing site and event planning, including vehicle access, staging, traffic flow, passenger movements and pickup/drop-off locations.
- Working directly with clients to confirm requirements and provide a clear operational point of contact.
- Attending major events and movements where required and overseeing service delivery on the ground.
- Supporting the mobilisation of new projects, contracts and services; ensuring operational requirements are understood and ready for commencement.
- Providing additional operational support to Control Centre, Bookings and Operations during high-demand periods.
- Managing changes and resolving operational issues as they arise.
- Reviewing completed services to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.





About you You’ll be a confident and organised operator who can coordinate multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger picture.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Experience coordinating large-scale transport, logistics, events or operational services.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to coordinate multiple teams, resources and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to operational problems.
- The ability to remain calm and effective when plans change.
- Robust attention to detail and follow-through.
- A willingness to be hands-on and visible during major service delivery.
- Experience in passenger transport, fleet, logistics or event operations will be highly regarded.
