Service Coordinator

Ozora Mildura | Permanent full time Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Are you an organised person who enjoys helping customers and keeping a busy team on track?

Our Mildura branch is growing, with solar and battery installations, EV chargers, commercial maintenance and everyday electrical work across Mildura and the wider Sunraysia region.

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to keep our daily work organised, from the first customer enquiry through to the final paperwork. Reporting to our Service Manager, you’ll coordinate our field team’s schedule, keep customers informed and handle the administration that keeps jobs moving and the branch running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

- Running the daily schedule and allocating jobs for our Mildura field team
- Handling calls, emails and bookings, and keeping customers informed
- Checking purchase orders and job requirements, and following client procedures
- Managing jobs in simPRO and preparing completed work for invoicing
- Arranging materials, raising purchase orders and coordinating contractors
- Coordinating solar paperwork, network applications and customer handover documents
- Keeping the office running smoothly and maintaining WHS and compliance records

What you’ll bring

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, clear communication and a helpful approach to customers
- Initiative,



reliability and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Confidence using computers, sound numeracy and a willingness to learn

Experience in administration, scheduling or customer service would be helpful. Familiarity with simPRO is a bonus, but not essential. You don’t need a trade background. If you’re organised, good with people and willing to learn, we’ll provide training in our systems and processes.
