You may already be managing multiple customers without the title. You love being of service and organising your team to ensure our clients receive the best outcome. Your day to day looks like

- Leading, coaching and supporting a team of HVAC Service Technicians
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
- Building trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
- Reviewing quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation
- Monitoring labour productivity, profitability and branch performance




- Partnering with the Regional Manager NT to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets
- Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement

- Experience within HVAC (preferred), mechanical services, facilities management or another technical service industry
- A focus on safety, quality, accountability and team performance
- Strong interest in developing team members
- Competent project management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship skills
- Excellent time management, organisation,



attention to detail and communication skills
- The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- The right to live and work in Australia
- A trade background is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in experienced service leaders who understand how to balance operational performance, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes
