About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Staff member to join our thriving, fast-paced hospitality venue Brunetti Oro Chadstone. This is a full-time, permanent position comes with very real career progression opportunities. Given the appropriate training and guidance and demonstration of high level perfomance it is envisaged that the successful candidate will be porvided the opportunity to progress to a leadership position within the Brunetti Oro Chadstone Team.

Initially as a Service Staff member you are responsible for providing high level customer service and maximising customer sales. You are also responsible for delivering a premium service, and product, understanding customer expereince is paramount. You will be working closely with the Pastry Team leader, and Venue Manager, to learn the ropes, to train for ledership and to maintain a consistent, high-level quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Adhere to the Brunetti Oro presentation standards, service procedures and service times
- Ensure guests are met and greeted to a standard that will deliver a positive first impression
- Deliver superior levels of service and demonstrate knowledge of Brunetti Oro products to enure a premium customer expereince
- Work as part of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed in order of priority and promptly
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to embed the processes and procedures of Brunetti Oro and train for leadership





About you

- Proven experience as a Service Staff member or in a similar role
- Advantageous: Previous leadership expereince
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate superior levels of customer service
- Flexible, willing to work nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays covering morning, afternoon and evenings
- Ability to take and give direction
- The ability to learn on the job
- Permanent resident or have appropriate working rights in Australia
