Our head office is in Subiaco, WA but this role is located in Karratha where we have a retail store and well-equipped workshop.

We have plenty of highly skilled, long term, technicians and plumbers who have been trained to work across multiple brands of water filter systems. We sell, service and repair all types of filtration systems and related products.

Previous experience in water filtration products would be a benefit, but we provide full training to candidates who are keen and willing to learn our processes and procedures and work with our team to deliver our unique service.

We are Certified to ISO9001, 45001 & 14001 Standards and provide a professional, safe and healthy working setting.

This is a great ‘hands on’ role and a great fit for someone who enjoys delivering excellence in customer service, who is pro-active and has experience in supervising and motivating work colleagues, and who loves working both with a team and autonomously.

Tools, uniforms, vehicle, fuel card and phone are all provided. Accommodation allowance is provided.

Training is provided.

About the role The role includes but is not limited to:-

- Servicing, repairing and installing multiple types of drinking water filtration systems and associated products.




- Participating in ongoing training, workshops and tool box meetings
- Supervising and motivating other team members
- Recommending and promoting our products
- Providing a very high level of customer service
- Completing inductions
- Some travel away to mine sites and other regional towns as and when required
- Problem solving and liaising with manufacturers and the Water2water technical team
- Conducting site visits to make recommendations
- Completing asset captures
- Recording information, keeping accurate records.
- Following all processes and procedures to maintain a healthy and safe workplace

Skills and experience The successful applicants should have the following key skills (or be very keen to learn):-
- Some previous service or plumbing experience in this type of industry and or hold a WA plumbing license.
- Demonstrate an excellent record of providing a very high level of customer service
- Be able to problem solve and be technically minded
- Have the ability to work as a team member and autonomously
- Be keen to improve their skills by attending workshops and training
- Be of a neat, smart appearance and take pride in their workmanship
- Possess a current clean drivers license and a current Police clearance
- Be happy to have any Govt mandated vaccinations and Health Dept recommended Flu vaccinations.
- Possess a current White or Blue Card
- Above all have a strong set of personal values such as honesty and integrity.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
