ServiceNow Technical consultantWe're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a growing ServiceNow practice. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys combining business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on ServiceNow configuration to deliver impactful customer outcomes.
✅ Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements
✅ Design and configure ServiceNow solutions, workflows, forms, Flow Designer, SLAs, and notifications
✅ Collaborate with customers, developers, and Agile delivery teams
✅ Drive scalable, user-focused solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
✅ Work across enterprise and public sector environments
Must have: NV1 Clearance & Based anywhere in Australia
Solid experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and functional design
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
